Stress-free travel with your family: Traveling with children? We offer experienced guardians to accompany your family on trips or stay with your kids at home, providing a safe and familiar environment.
Travel
We provide in-home Petcare that includes dog walks and overnight stay. Peace of mind for your furry (or feathery) friends: While you're away, our loving guardians will ensure your pets receive all the attention, care, and playtime they need.

When will our services be needed?
- If your nanny doesn’t show up or calls out, we can fill-in for them!
- Unexpected travel for work? We can fill-in!
- Visiting Boston and need to bring your kids? We can watch them for you and make sure they’re safe and having fun!
- For date nights or when you just want to let your hair down? We can fill-in!
- Have teens that would like to do something with friends but still need a guardian, we can fill-in!
- Going on vacation and need care for your fur babies? We’ve got you covered!
- Looking for someone to take care of your pets for a long weekend, Book with us!
Booking Info
- A deposit of a minimum of 4hrs pay is required to reserve your reservation which will be applied on the day of service.
- We hold memberships at the Franklin Park Zoo, Museum of Science and the Boston Children's Museum. The cost of visiting these attractions with our clients is included in our fee. Entry costs for any other additional activities such as indoor play spaces are the responsibility of the client.
- Payments are required for any additional activities such as indoor play spaces.

Sallea Williams
My name is Sallea Williams. I am the daughter of Auvrel Robinson Shelton and the late Harold Williams. I am a Christian, a sister, granddaughter, niece, Godmother, and friend to many. I have been in childcare for the last 11 years of my life. Growing up I was introduced to a widespread of families over the years and developed a true love for working with children. Throughout high school I was able to work in the daycare center with infants and toddlers while taking my childhood education classes. I was able to learn more about their development through research and gain hands on experience. Since the age of sixteen until present day, I have babysat for over 50 families throughout Massachusetts while successfully finishing college at Suffolk University. I am First Aid and CPR certified as well and I have experience driving 2-3 children to and from a variety of activities as well as school. I’m a big animal lover and I’m extremely thankful for the support of my family when it comes to allowing me to explore my interests. I started out by volunteering at a farm in my local town in high school. After college I became an animal control officer for a few years, and lastly I landed a job as a veterinary assistant in the same town. I have experience pet sitting and dog walking for a variety of families as well as many different breeds of dogs. I truly believe that it takes a village to look after/ support growing families and I hope to exceed your expectations. Total care guardians allows me to engage with both children and pets on a consistent basis and I couldn’t be more excited for the journey ahead.
Auvrel Robinson Shelton
My name is Auvrel Robinson Shelton. I am a Christian, a wife, a mother of four wonderful daughters, and a grandmother. I have been in child care for over 30 years and I have been a full time nanny for 27+ years. I have a clean driving record and I’m CPR and First aid certified. Throughout the years I worked full time with numerous families for up to 8 years at a time. I truly love taking care of children and I have had the pleasure of experiencing 3 births not including my own. I have been able to be a part of all of their upbringings over the years as well. There has also been parts of my journey working with children where I have gained experience working with twins. For the last ten years, I have been the nursery coordinator for my church. My involvement in this program has allowed me to encounter working with multiple little ones at a time. I have a lot of experience traveling with the families and children to and from their vacation homes and other locations. The little ones have also stayed with me while their parents have gone out of town or on vacation as well. Every single encounter I’ve had as a full time nanny has prepared me for this amazing opportunity to work with my daughter and family. My family is very passionate about children as well as animals. We are big animal lovers! We are committed and dedicated to providing the utmost care for your little ones and furry friends.
